I like how my friends and I react when we see each other during school.
It's either 

Friend: "Haley." *Continues walking*
Me: "'Name'." *Also continues walking*

Friend: *Walking down a ramp* "Hi Haley! I'm glad you're here today!!"
Me: *Walking up a ramp* "Hi, 'Name'! Thank you!!" 

Friend: *Waves hand* 
Me: *Waves back, though if my hands are in my pockets then I just wiggle my arms like a dork*

Friend: *Walks suggestively towards me*
Me: *Walks just as suggestively, if not more, towards them* 

And my personal favorite, no matter who it is.

Friend: "Hi, bby." 
Me: "HI BBY. *KISSY FACE*"
